What is Verna?

Verna is an all-day café, serving a mix of craft cocktails, specialty coffee, matcha, and food inspired by the flavors of Japanese comfort food and New Orleans creole classics.

Is there parking?

We always recommend ride-share apps if you’re planning on imbibing, but we have free reserved spaces in our parking lot as well as ample free street parking.

Coffee, Tea, & Matcha rapid-fire:

  • We make all of our syrups and bar/café ingredients in house.

  • Our coffee comes from 8th & Roast.

  • Our teas come from Suraj Spices & Teas.

  • Our matcha is ceremonial grade.

What is Connie’s?

Connie’s is our neighborhood dive bar concept, located in the same building as Verna. It has slightly different hours (Thu-Sun 5pm-12am) and a menu built around classic cocktails, beer, and hot dogs.
